Like our Cinnamon Crunch bagel, we start off with a plain bagel. Then we slice a trench around it and fill it with strawberry jelly. Coat it with cinnamon & sugar. After baking, we give it a coat of butter and dredge it in more cinnamon & sugar. So good!
