Our Works bagel starts off with our onion dough. We mix in a generous amount of white onion and dried chives. Then they get a blanket of everything mix (onion flakes, white and black sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Then we top it off with a slice of Swiss cheese.
